She passed her exam with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers And Estate Agents Malaysia in 1996 when she was working with Henry Butcher (PG) Sdn Bhd. She is the principal for Mega Realty now and has a portfolio specializing in the areas of residential, commercial, industrial, and land deals. She has experience in handling projects sales for developers and also specialized in servicing expatriate’s home search. A woman with strong determination in her own way and coupled with an ambition to excel in the real estate industry, has always distinct herself by her strong marketing ability and wide knowledge in the market place. Her vast experience in the various property portfolio has enable her to stand out proudly and competent with the big players in the real estate industry. She believes in dedication and full commitment in her work and also a good leader by example to all her fellow agents and staff. COMPANY SET UP • Our company is fully computerized and networked with all computers linked to a centralized hub, enabling us to achieve a higher level of efficiency in searching for properties and updating our data base. Further, all standard forms and correspondences are automated enabling us to achieve the shortest turnaround time for the completion of the sales and purchase, rent and lease process, negotiation up to a successful transaction. We have also an aging system which allows us to monitor the turnaround time for all cases from the initial stage of prospects until the deal is concluded. This is to ensure maximum attention and commitment to our clients in meeting their needs in finding a property within short period of time. All the computer system and programs are maintained by our in house programmer. • Our agents will attend to initial enquiries personally and assist them to match their requirement for properties, follow through to conclusion of the sale or rental. We have an agent coordinator who specialize in helping the agents after closing a deal by liaising with the legal advisors and bankers on behalf of the clients with regards to their loan application and the final signing of the Sales and Purchase Agreement. • Our special trained or project based agents will assist in organizing and attend to all new project launches from developer and carry out all marketing activities. • We have rental management department where we offer the service to collect rental on behalf of outstation and overseas clients from their tenants. We co-ordinate and supervise maintenance work that may be required by the tenant from time to time. We have in-house maintenance teams such as plumbers, electricians, gardeners etc to attend to urgent maintenance problems. • We maintain a professional indemnity insurance coverage to ensure that our clients interest are being protected and to mitigate the effect of our professional negligence.
